How do you clean the inside of a tea kettle?
The inside of my tea kettle is dirty. Is it possibly rusted? How would you clean it? Do you use dish soap? If you answer, I’d appreciate it!

How do I remove grease spots from a tea kettle?
I have a great copco tea kettle made out of standard metal with red finish. The kettle has sat on the stove the entire time, and from other cooking sessions has had grease splattered on it. Iv’e tried normal washing and hand scrubbing with dawn dish soap, but the grease spots remain. I don’t want to give up this kettle, so is there any product or method out there that can restore the kettle and get rid of the grease spots?
