tea kettle/pot?
I want to purchase a tea kettle or pot for a tea novice. They like the clay ones, and want to make tea with an infuser from leaves not the bag kind. Can someone please tell me what I need to buy to get them started. As I am sure you can tell from this post my tea knowledge is limited to ordering it at a boba place. Also can you reccomend a good place online to purchase you reccomendation. THANK YOU!!!

I want a good electric tea kettle?
I like to make my tea with milk, NOT water, and I’m looking to get a good electric tea kettle for convenience’s sake. I usually make tea the old school, "boil milk in a pot" way, but want more convenience. Any suggestions? Do I need to get a "special" kind of kettle for milk, as compared to water, or is it all the same thing?

Does anyone know how to use a double tea kettle (Persian/Arabic in origin)to make tea?
I have just purchased a double tea kettle. These are poplular in the Middle East. A smaller tea kettle sits on top of the bigger one while the water is boiled. I remember my mother in law using hers and it made the best tea, but I don’t know how to do it myself, nor can i find directions anywhere. I have already purched the loose tea to be used with the pot.

How do you remove scorch marks from a tea kettle?
I have a white tea kettle from Le Creuset which is heavy gauge steel coated with hard, glossy enamel. Accidently, the pot was boiled dry and scorch marks appeared on the outside base. Can the scorch marks be removed?
